We are continuing to provide our services for now until we are told otherwise,we are however restricting full access to our showroom in Frankfield to limit the amount of people in the showroom at any one time.Spare parts and appliances can still be purchased in store or orders and service calls can be placed over the phone on 021-4965921 ,021-4277141 or by email at [email protected] or through our facebook page.If you have a broken appliance and don’t want an engineer calling to your home we can repair it if you drop it to us in Frankfield.
When placing a service call you will be asked if
1..You have had to seek medical advice resulting in you or anyone at the location of the repair being advised to self isolate or if you are self isolating as a result of potential Coronavirus contact.
2..Have you returned from a visit abroad from a location known to be at risk of the Coronavirus within the last 14 days.
If the answer to either of these questions is yes then the service call will need to be rescheduled for at least 14 days .
When the engineer is carrying out the inspection/repair of the appliance it is important that he can work in a safe area in isolation.
