Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Delays: Due to high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in processing and shipping times. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders, with rates depending on your location and order size.

    • Standard  Parcel Shipping (Spare Parts): €9.00 (3-5 business days)

    • Local Appliance Delivery (Cork): €30.00 (1-5 business days)

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (parcels only). Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.We do not ship appliances internationally

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.(Parcel delivery only).For large appliances we will contact you directly.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Domestic orders typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times vary, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain countries or regions may be restricted due to carrier or customs limitations.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including, UPS, and DHL, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments:

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you in tracking the package and filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
